Cricket Ditty lived a whole lot of life in a short period of time. She was a fighter, seemingly beyond ability, and wanted nothing more than to love and please her family. As we go through life, we learn from every experience we have, good or bad. Something that I've learned from these GME babies is how to love unconditionally. There's no greater, more unconditional love than this. Cricket showed that very thing to all who knew her. It's just one of the many reasons we will never forget her.
To hold Cricket in your arms, hear her breathe and look in her eyes is like you're connected to her spirit. That's how I felt when I first met Cricket about a year ago. The strength and energy of this little 7 pound Chihuahua surpasses any Superhero and Cricket stands on her own as a true hero in her own name. Margaret made sure that Cricket had every chance in the world to fight her disease and I feel honored to be a part of her efforts to help others through Cricket's journey.
You sweet, brave girl! You gave everyone around you inspiration and love. My Chis loved you also. Even though your time on this earth was short, you brought so much joy to all. Through your pain, you still gave it your all. God Bless You, Cricket!
Cricket and Margaret have been both an inspiration and a huge source of support for me and Karma. My own fur baby, Karma, was diagnosed with NME in March 2016. Margaret has been there with me throughout giving me guidance and sharing with me the treatments Cricket was taking. Watching Cricket fight her illness has been awe inspiring from such a tiny little thing. You will be missed by many sweet little baby. Fly with the angels now as you were meant to do.

Your brave journey that you shared with your Guardians here, has brought to light hope and encouragement to those who shared your needs.
