Jack loved playing with his toys, destroying plushies, chasing frisbees, playing tug, rolling in the grass in the sunshine, snuggles, & walks. Jack loved any activity he got to do with his mom, and most of all, playing and snuggling with children.
Jack was relentlessly kind, forgiving, and empathetic. He had soulful eyes allowed intense connections with those he loved.
Jack shared many adventures with his humans, from hiking in the mountains, long camping trips with friends, boating trips on Elephant Butte, many, many moves, local and cross-country. They shared many different house mates, both human and canine. Jack has touched many lives, and was loved by all. During his life, Jack conqoured his fear of water, learning to love boating, even diving into deep water when he thought his mom was drowning. He conqoured his fear of people, and loved even men with beards and tolerated canes and crutches when his people needed them.
Jack was a very skilled doggo, eating gracefully from chopsticks and forks. He loved sushi, popcorn, and cheeseburgers, but his favorite food was always french fries. He could take a bite out of a cake on the counter when humans looked away even for a second, and could drag a seasoned steak off the counter, leaving the plate perfectly in it's place. His most impressive talent was his beautiful signing voice, which he only shared when someone played the harmonica.
Lovingly called ”Happy Jack” by his grandpa, he will be missed by many and never forgotten. We will hold his memory, his love, and what he’s taught his humans about love, compassion, and life in our hearts forever.
